Mr Lloyd Hirst to join Menninger Capital
Townsville, QLD, Australia 3 March 2016 – Menninger Capital has announced today that it will welcome Mr Lloyd Hirst as Chief Investment Officer later this month.
Lloyd is a deeply knowledgeable and seasoned professional investor with decades of experience and a successful track record. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Fellow of FINSIA the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (F Fin) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA). Prior to joining Menninger, Lloyd worked in the UK for a Global Equity Investment Manager with a focused Quality and Value strategy.
Lloyd said his decision to join Menninger stems from his views about Menninger’s investment process. “What it effectively does is promote a disciplined, conservative yet unconventional and repeatable process of bottom-up stock picking focused on high quality businesses that are selling at discounts to their intrinsic value.”
